Hey there! Meeting with Christian Students on Campus at UTSA has definitely been one of the highlights of my college journey. I’ve been meeting with the group since my freshman year through one-on-one Bible studies and group ministry meetings during the semester. Despite being very shy in the beginning, I was able to find the courage to keep meeting with this amazing group of people and have made a lifetime of memories. One of the things I really enjoy about this group is how tight knit we are as a community. I know that if I need any encouragement, prayer, or simply someone to spend time with away from the stress of school, I can turn to this group and find someone in my corner. We enjoy the Lord together, we have fun together, we go through life together and I am very grateful to have this community to lean on. 

There are many events that we attend as a group, and one of my favorites is the College Conference that we attend every semester. It is so encouraging to see so many fellow college students gather together to enjoy the Lord. The singing is always the loudest and the overflow from other believers is always encouraging and heartwarming. There is always something for everyone to enjoy and being able to spend time with the club and the Lord away from school is a plus for me. I am truly grateful to have met this group and found a community that has essentially become my home away from home.
